| Traveler's Indemnity Co. has signed a lease for 80k SF at 161 North Clark Street, relocating from 200 N. LaSalle. The transaction brings the building to 92% occupancy. UGL Equis' Scott Goldman repped the tenant and Tishman Speyer's Joseph Gordon and Jon Cordell repped building ownership in the 50-story 1.1M SF building. |
