Whole Foods Moves HQ

The Midwest HQ of Whole Foods is moving from 24k SF at 3241 N. Lincoln Ave to 36K SF at 640 N. LaSalle in River North. JLL'sMelissa Rubenstein, who repped building owner MAC Management Co, along with JLL's Brian Atkinson, says Whole Foods was looking for more space in a better location, and the firm liked 640's open floorplates. The lease brings the seven-story building to 88% occupancy, with spaces from 1k SF to 17k SF remaining. Newmark Knight Frank's Kevin Veon repped Whole Foods.
