What's Happenin' up North?

Opus North opened the first phase of The Shoppes at Fox River, a 500k-SF  shopping center in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with two anchors: a 132k-SF Target and a 60k-SF Pick 'n Save, which is pursuing LEED-certification. Eight more stores will open this fall, and the center will be the largest in Waukesha.
