
From the John Hancock Center and McCormick Place to Trump International and the Willis Tower, Chicago has the architecture and engineering titan Skidmore, Owings & Merrill to thank for some of its most iconic buildings. SOM recently released a time lapse video of the 650-some construction projects that, over the decades, have transformed Chicago’s skyline.
