Kiser Group principal Lee Kiser (right) is all about hands-on. He recently braved the chilly weather and inspected the roof on a courtyard apartment building in Ravenswood with Home Touch Inspection Services' Ed Wengren. The building's under contract and Lee was working with Ed to complete the buyer due diligence. We like Lee's style, but he may have to find a more seasonally appropriate hat. Where's your hat, Ed?
