We found him yesterday with KTR's Ben Rosen and Brian Milberg at the AIRE luncheon at the Rosewood, where members talked about strategic branding and honored former board members. Brian tells us KTR recently bought a 205k-SF building in Bensenville that it’s hoping to lease up soon. |
Also on hand, Strada's Howard Wender and Venture One's Mark Goode. These two were college roommates at Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the early 19(cough-cough what?'s ). More recently, Venture One just bought a new spec building in Kenosha, Wisconsin. |
