Titanium Buys In DC Area

Chicago-based Titanium Real Estate Advisors just paid $24M for fully leased 10555 Furnace Rd in Lorton, Va. The DEA is the building's tenant (is this where Breaking Bad's Hand Schrader would've been transferred?) and is locked into a lease there through 2020. CBRE's Marc Rampulla (above)—along with collegues Randy Heilig, Marcia Owens Test, and Ned Welbourne—repped the undisclosed seller in the deal.
