Milk & Honey Granola has leased 13k SF at 627 N. Albany, nearly tripling the size of its manufacturing operations. Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International's Michael Nelson and Mark Nelson repped the landlord, Grand Properties, and @properties' Larry Cohn repped Milk & Honey, which opened Milk & Honey Cafe  at 1920 W. Division St, within Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood in 2002.
