Glen says the old Class-A, B and C system isn't as effective as it used to be, so CoStar (a Bisnow sponsor) is creating a new star-based ranking system to evaluate buildings on more consistent criteria. CoStar researchers are trying to rank each structure on location, build-out quality, and building systems. In other news, the team is also focused on its acquisition of LoopNet, which should close this quarter. |
