CBRE's Mark SmithRob Graham, and Allison Reynolds repped KBS in the leasing of 136k SF at The Woodfield Preserve in Schaumburg. The leases were to:American Chartered Bank, repped by Grubb & Ellis' Paul Buckingham for 51k SF; AIG, repped by C&W's David Findling for 40k SF; New York Life, repped by C&W's Marilyn Lissner for 19k SF; Information Builders, repped by PJD Realty's Phil Dwyer for 8k SF; Taiyo Yuden, repped by Colliers' Peter Kelly for 8k SF;Crown Castle USA, repped by UGL Equis' Bruce Hoppple for 5k SF; and Rovi, repped by C&W's David Findling for 5k SF.
