This week at ICSC in Vegas, HFF senior managing director Mike Kavanau had dinner with top execs from Canyon Johnson Urban Funds and McCaffery Interests, who say there’s “deep interest” from specialty retailers in The Roosevelt Collection. Mike and HFF colleague Steve Skok repped the two companies to secure $145M in financingfrom Prime Finance (announced last week) for their prior purchase of the South Loop mixed-use property from Centrum for $160M.
