THE NEW CREW

Installing new officers and enjoying some cocktails last night, the ladies of CREW wrapped their business year. BPG Properties' Kelly Gibbel, here with Site on Sight LLC's Marcia Rubenstein  and Circle Realty Advisors Jean Meilinger, told us about her newly finished 300k-SF space at Kemper Corporate Center in the northwest suburbs, with a fitness center, cafeteria, and new parking lots, in addition to being near Kemper Lakes golf course. She's hoping to be the first stop on the next CREW dine-around, so members can exercise before they eat.

 

The definition of holiday smiles: Osman Construction Corp's Jordana Parker and W.E. O'Neil Construction Corp.'s Joanna Haerle. W.E. O'Neil is working on a new science building for the University of Chicago in Hyde Park, including special equipment for astronomy students. Hmm, if a telescope can see into the past, what does it mean to be on time and on budget?
