ComEd Constructs Savings
Saving energy and money has never been easier. ComEd offers a commercial new construction program for energy-conscious building owners in Chicago and has partnered with Nicor Gas to serve building owners in Northern Illinois. Incentives include up to $200k/project to offset the cost of installing energy-efficient equipment. In the last year alone, the program supported 70 new construction and major renovations, encompassing over 7.5M SF.
