The Big Cut

We can't resist a ribbon-cutting that features really big scissors. (Our friend Paul "The Broker" Bunyan needs to borrow those to clip some nose hairs.) Some retail chains are still growing, despite being very selective about their new space. In this case, it's in the form of two sizable outlot buildings at Simon Property Group's Lincolnwood Town Centerand newly tenanted by Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle, Five Guys Burgers, and Verizon. Participating in the ceremony were members of Middleton Partners, Smith Capital Management, and the Village of Lincolnwood.
