Katherine reported that Habitat recently won a new construction management assignment at Gary Housing Authority in Gary, Ind. | A good sign for young professionals: J. Patrick Realty's Daniel Welch just got his first job, straight out of college. He was at the event with colleague Michael Wexler (right) and Tartan Realty Group's Michael Chin. Michael is the tenant rep for CorePower Yoga, which recently signed for spaces in Bucktown, Lakeview, and Park Ridge. He's also working with Meatheads, a new burger concept ("like Five Guys, only way more awesome") that's looking for space in Chicago. |
