NAI Hiffman Asset Management took the trophy for under 100k SF, for Summit Oaks, a Class-B building in Oakbrook Terrace. It's a LEED-EB gold Class-A structure, besides being the world HQ for Rotary International. Attracting about 2,000 visitors yearly from around the world creates unique management challenges, the company says.
