Studley Boasts Two Brokers of the Year

Savils Studley's executive vice presidents, Joe Learner and Robert Sevim, here, looking very suave in white, received the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s Broker of the Year Award during its 27th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards dinner. And for such a fresh-faced pair, the award was well-deserved: the team has a combined 40 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, and they've completed approximately 1.5M SF of projects, which includes a rather sizable downtown office lease and two full-building subleases in prominent submarkets. The event united a sizable portion of the industry: 850 of Chicago’s top architects, brokers, developers, property managers, interior contractors and design professionals attended the event and showed their support for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
