Jupiter Realty will present its plans for a 45-story, 444-unit apartment tower to Streeterville residents Tuesday night. The oval-shaped tower with a rooftop pool would be built at 465 N Park Dr, between AMC River East 21 movie theaters and a Loews Hotel. The project calls for Jupiter to improve nearby Ogden Park Plaza by making it more pedestrian friendly and adding a dog run, according to DNAInfo. The site's been vacant since before the recession when a plan by another developer fell through. The meeting starts at 6pm on June 9 at the Loews Hotel, 455 N Park Dr. [DNA]
