Jupiter Realty will present its plans for a 45-story, 444-unit apartment tower to Streeterville residents Tuesday night. The oval-shaped tower with a rooftop pool would be built at 465 N Park Dr, between AMC River East 21 movie theaters and a Loews Hotel. The project calls for Jupiter to improve nearby Ogden Park Plaza by making it more pedestrian friendly and adding a dog run, according to DNAInfo.
