Strada Real Estate prez Nancy Roach, who founded the company 11 years ago, tells us it provides a full spectrum of building maintenance services. The recession was a time of deferred maintenance, and a lot of owners are playing catch-up, especially as they put properties on the market. Nancy tells us that when she started Strada, CRE owners were used to hiring many different service providers. “Now they understand the value of receiving all their maintenance services from one place,” she says, because they’ve discovered it's more cost-effective.
