Congrats to CBRE's Brad Serot, above surrounded by his brothers, recently promoted to SVP in the downtown office. He specializes in office tenant rep and has roped in a laundry list of clients since starting in 2001, including Mittal Steel USA, Barclays Capital, Chicago Trading Company, First Industrial, and Nomura Securities. All told, it's over 1M-SF  of  transactions,  valued at more than $500 million. That should spark some sibling rivalry.
