SIOR Names New Board

These familiar faces in the industrial markets have some new titles, now that SIOR Chicago  has elected its new board. Nugent Curtis'Chris Curtis (VP), Lee & Associates' Jim Planey (past president), Paine/Wetzel's Elise Couston (secretary), CBRE's Dave Prioletti(president), Venture One's Roy Splansky (director at large) and Colliers International's David Liebman (treasurer) will govern the chapter in 2011. Jim also recently represented  Schnidt Cartage in its renewal of 68k SF at 1625 Hunter Rd in Hanover Park, and Roy negotiated the disposition of two of Clayco's properties worth $70M in Ohio and California.
