| To demonstrate that those trade show stress balls have multiple uses, Venture One's Roy Splansky did some fancy juggling for our camera. Venture One's VK Industrial fund acquired two new buildings this month: a 17k SF building at 420 W Wrightwood in Elmhurst and a 32k SF building at 3100 Tollview Dr, also in Elmhurst. Roy's a chapter director-at-large when he's not busy juggling work and family (and other things). |
