SIOR Bears Down

Chicago Bears Superbowl Champion Gary Fencik (flanked by Venture One Real Estate's Roy Splansky and Op2mize's David Liebman) was the big draw at the recent SIOR Chicago Chapter monthly luncheon at Rosewood Restaurant in Rosemont. A scholarly safety, Gary holds degrees from Yale, Northwestern, and Ditka University. He spoke about his 12 years on the Bears, lessons he's learned for personal success, and gave the inside scoop on the '85 champs then and now. (Will Mongo ever be elected to political office?) Gary's currently partner and head of business development at Adams Street Partners, a global private equity investment management firm.
