Shiny New Space

Mead Johnson Nutrition signed a 33k-SF lease on the fourth floor at Opus North's  new Opus Gateway building in Glenview. The 134k-SF Class-A space was completed fall '08 and its first three floors are still available. The site was selected from a comprehensive study of five metropolitan markets throughout the country. (Among them, only Oz scored higher in "shimmeriness," but the presence of the Lollipop Guild must've hurt its chances with a nutrition company.)
