The property will be redeveloped as CH2, a data center with flexibility to accommodate single or multiple independent users. Delivery options include a Powered Suite, Turnkey Infrastructure Suite, and Container Colo Suite. It will be developed and operated by Ascent. Arecent  JLL  study indicated that Chicago is the fourth-best area to open a data center in the country.
