The building tries to complement the existing Sullivan architecture of the Fine Arts Building and the Auditorium Building without directly mimicking it, Chris says. The project, which was financed through a bond sale, will be LEED-certified: 20% of materials recycled, low flow plumbing, and outdoor plantings on the ground level.
