Illinois Housing and Development Authority's Shelly Tucciarelli, Charlotte Flickinger, and Mark Howard (back right) joined non-real-estater Kevin Harrison, Perkins Eastman's Jason Mundy, and Landscape Concepts Management's George Markoutsas to look out over the skyline. The IHDA folks were celebrating business from the Recovery Act, which allows them to exchange tax credits for 85 cents on the dollar. |
