Rooftop Round-up

The Institute of Real Estate Management gathered at the Dana Hotel at 660 N. State last night for some rooftop drink and networking. Illinois Housing and Development Authority's Shelly TucciarelliCharlotte Flickinger, and Mark Howard (back right) joined non-real-estater Kevin Harrison, Perkins Eastman's Jason Mundy, and Landscape Concepts Management's George Markoutsas to look out over the skyline. The IHDA folks were celebrating business from the Recovery Act, which allows them to exchange tax credits for 85 cents on the dollar.

 

Draper and Kramer's Kim Carone  and Mel Jackson and Tailor Made Property Services' Nancy Rodriguez discussed plans for the upcoming IREM conference for the Midwest chapters this weekend. They've invited property managers from Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Way to show off Chicago!
