Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International's  Randy Podolsky  and Adam Tarantur (here with colleague Jon Homsher) are selling two mortgage notes secured by the former Purple Hotel in downtown Lincolnwood. Randy says the village is looking for a buyer that can make the current building, which some consider an eyesore, into a functional space to match its planned downtown. The structure of the once-famous hotel that once drew in performers like Perry Como and Roberta Flack still sits on the  5.3-acre site, but it was foreclosed on last year.
