Residents and brokers joined Related Midwest at the World of Whirlpool Penthouse on Tuesday night to celebrate the upcoming opening of OneEleven, the developer’s new ultra-luxury high-rise at 111 W Wacker Dr. (Members of the OneEleven team on the right, posing in front of the building.) The 504-unit tower began pre-leasing last month and is scheduled to open July 1. OneEleven is Related’s second luxury rental tower in Chicago following last year’s debut of 500 Lake Shore Dr, which is 99% leased in 12 months.
