Jeff is closing on the financing of a $45M CBD office building next week (unfortunately he can't tell us where yet). Jon made a $20.5M loan for a performing net-lease portfolio across three Midwestern states and is hoping to build on those relationships in the coming year. | |

Most of the rooms in the hotel will be restored and modernized in the renovation, which started construction last month. |
