It was another grab bag day for real estaters, with the investors drinking up at Joe's on Weed Street and the managers touring ?Illinois' biggest college town? in the west Loop. Running around was so exhausting that we're taking our summer break next week. We'll see you again August 31!
 

After rockin' the suburbs, Perry Group's Joe Perry  and his wife Mechelle  joined GSW Ventures? Garry Weiss  for drinks on the North Side with Real Estate Investors Association. Joe is working on building a number of restaurants  in the south suburbs of Mokena and  Frankfort and a medical office (Spring Creek) in New Lenox.
