Joakim and his mother, Cecilia Rodhe, founded Noah's Arc to provide at-risk youth with opportunities to become more aware of their ability to make a positive impact on themselves and their communities. Founded in 2009, @gives back has helped Noah's Arc over the years with several events, including the Laugh Off fundraiser that featured a VIP reception with Noah, a real estate-themed sketch comedy performance by the Second City cast, a silent auction, and an after-party with a performance by Kiss Kiss Cabaret.

Thad and Michael founded @gives back to inspire charitable outreach among @properties’ brokers and to support local organizations with an emphasis on education, homelessness, youth development and community.
