Proper Title Donates $30k To Lurie Children's Hospital

Members of Proper Title, LLC presented representatives of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago with a donation of $30,000 from funds raised through the firm’s charitable arm, Proper Giving.

'Tis the season for giving and Proper Title, through its charitable arm, Proper Giving, presented Ann & Robert Lurie Children's Hospital with a $30k check during a Proper Title staff volunteer day on Nov. 16.

Pictured: Proper Title EVP David Garside, EVP Ben Niernberg (center) and other team members at the check presentation ceremony. Proper Title established Proper Giving last year and donates $10 for every commercial and residential transaction the firm completes, and $3 for each successful refinancing. Proper Title employees also volunteer their time each month visiting children at the hospital.
