JLL's new capital markets team member Ryan Licudine will be the new master of cross-sharing. The 10-year CBRE vet joined the team of Tom Morande and Jay Koster in its efforts to improve the company's CRM database that allows producers around the country to share contacts, relationships, and best practices. Bringing Ryan aboard is part of a renewed effort by JLL to increase its capital markets capabilities (the team completed $43B in investment sale and debt equity transactions in 2010), a 257% increase from 2009.
