Opus North Sells Oakwood Crossing

CenterPoint Properties Trust has purchased a 140k SF light industrial building at Opus North's Oakwood Crossings Business Center I in Oak Creek, Wis. The newly constructed facility sold for $8.7M. CenterPoint Properties' Jed Degnan and Chad Vande Zande negotiated the transaction on behalf of the purchaser, with Opus North's Dave Everson repping the seller. Yakasawa America is the tenant in the 26' clear height building.
