Small office users in the northern 'burbs have a new option if they want to buy their own space. The Missner Group, a 65-year-old family developer and contractor, is marketing spaces from 941 SF to 5,500 SF at 105 Revere Dr. near the Edens and Lake-Cook Road in Northbrook. Priced at $185/SF, the owner is aggressively looking to sell the remaining 40% of the building, says Dan Kawahara, who's marketing it. Renovations include landscaping, a new roof, concrete work, parking lot, and the full exterior. Current condo owners include three law firms, an architecture firm, and an insurance agency.
