NEW SCHOOL

Rasmussen, Inc., owner of the for-profit Rasmussen College, signed a new lease for 62k-SF at 1415 W. 22nd Street in Oak Brook. The educational company will occupy 4 contiguous floors with about 350 employees moving in next quarter. CBRE’s Perry Higa repped Rasmussen. NAI Hiffman  repped the ownership, TIAA-CREF. Rasmussen currently has campuses in Aurora, Rockford, and Romeoville/Joliet, with another coming in Mokena.
