| Last month's name change for Steinco Studios (known at one time to all but the youngest among us as Steinco Project Management) was meant, we're told, to better reflect the company's architectural design and IT consulting aspect—ie, more than just the construction. The studio has always worked with Steinco brokers and finance pros to build out space. Recent addition Stephen Monaco, formerly with Hines, will lead Steinco Studio as director of design and construction. Here's one of its latest projects, the National Able Network in Pilsen. | |
