Grotefeld Hoffman Schleiter Gordon & Ochoa must have known we were coming when they expanded to lease 9k SF on the high-rise floors of 311 South Wacker, where tonight's 500-person Schmoozarama will be held. The firm was represented by Cheryl Stein's Cheryl Stein. The building ownership, 311 South Wacker LLC, was represented by J. F. McKinney's Mark Baby. The lease brings the building to  93% occupancy. Our hubris demands we see Mr. Grotefeld, Hoffman, Schleiter, and Gordon there tonight. Ochoa, you can have the night off.
