New Employees, New Office

HSR Business to Business  LLC signed a lease for 13k-SF at 20 W. Kinzie  in River North. The firm needed a different space after its acquisition of Fergus/Peters Group and Flow Creative. Kyle Kamin,  SVP with CBRE, represented the tenant. Bob Gillespie,  also with CBRE, represented building ownership, the Alter Group. The building, designed by DeStefano+Partners  and built in 2000, is now 93 percent occupied. It also houses the Amalfi Hotel  and industry favorite Keefer?s Restaurant. (We recommend the potato croquettes.)
