Net-lease Walgreen's Sold

The Boulder Group's Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goldman repped the seller of a single-tenant, net-leased 15k SF Walgreen's property at 189 Northwest Highway in Barrington for $9.3M. Walgreen's Barrington 1 LLC, a California based real estate investor, was the purchaser. The building is the  highest priced Walgreen's sold so far in 2010, and Randy says Walgreen's are in high demand in top-tier metro areas this year. At press time, we don't believe it was buy one, get one free offer.
