| CAD and AutoCAD have been brought to a whole new level with ProjectMatrix's new software. ProjectMatrix's Kevin Kittrell showed us the program, which allows designers to draw the size and shape of the room and then pick furniture from 80 different designers. It then renders the room in 2D and 3D so you can see how it all fits (which would be a great tool for those of us who pick apartments too small to fit their stuff). The software has been sold to manufacturers like Haworth, Steelcase, and Allsteel. |
