NAVY PIER GOES TO MARGARITAVILLE

Jimmy Buffett’s  Margaritaville Bar & Grill is making its debut on the Third Coast at  Navy Pier with a 150-seat, 4,600 SF restaurant.Leopardo Cos served as GC, remodeling the existing dining and kitchen facilities, plumbing, and mechancial systems. Leopardo project manager  Jeff Seidelmann tells us they finished the job in 10 weeks, "working day and night the last six weeks to finish within the client’s aggressive timeline.” Something Leopardo doesn't get to build everyday? An ourdoor tiki bar with retractable awning.
