Naperville Building to Get Facelift

A JV of Daniel Murphy, William Krug, and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, started a complete renovation of 1200 Warrenville Rd. in Naperville. It will include a new energy efficient HVAC system, all new building systems, washrooms and lobby. Here's Dan Murphy and Bill Krug, Naperville mayor George Pradel, Wanxiang America's Larry Kreuger, and Naperville Development Partnership's Christine Jeffries  at the groundbreaking. FCL Builders is serving as GC and Chicago Design Network's David McCarty  as architect. The JV purchased the  330k SF property in September. CBRE's Bill Elwood and Jeffrey Mann are the exclusive leasing agents.
