After our app story came out, some of you contacted us recommending Electronic Tenant Solutions and its variety of CRE apps. American Real Estate Partners likes the Certificate of Insurance Tracking app as well as the Property Contact Management system to keep buildings at their fingertips and eliminate unnecessary paperwork. The property management groups at First Potomac Realty Trust like the Electronic Tenant Handbook and Instant Alert app, which let's you organize tenant notices from portfolio all the way down to specific floor.
