Local brokerages Taurus Realty Partners and The Modal Group have merged to form Taurus Modal Group. Modal Group head Dan Smolensky (pictured) and Taurus president Marat Safir will serve as executive directors, while Modal's Andy Corkin is the group's EVP. Taurus Modal will continue to represent its clients seeking to buy or lease distribution centers, warehouse, flex and office space, and the merger will allow it to offer a broader range of services. Taurus and Modal have collectively completed over 2.5M SF of transactions valued at $100M the past four years.
