Come June, sun will envelop this entire building, metaphorically symbolizing its completion. For the non-poets, we mean McShane Construction is nearly finished on five-story, 70k-SF Casa Maravilla at 2021 S. Morgan St. in Pilsen. It's a development of the Resurrection Project and will include 73 affordable senior rental housing units. Casa Maravilla is registered with the Chicago Green Homes program and will feature Energy Star appliances. Weese Langley Weese is providing architectural services. |
