A JV of Inland Real Estate Corp and Inland Private Capital Corp acquired Mariano's Fresh Market, the first location for Milwaukee-based Roundy's Supermaket in the Chicago area. (Mariano's is a division of Roundy's.) CBRE's Christian Williams, Curt Smith, andRich Frolik repped the seller, Wisconsin-based General Capital, in the sale of the 66k SF net-leased store in Arlington Heights which traded for $20.8M. The store was opened in fall 2010 and is being bought in all cash. |
