Little Village Cold Storage Facility Sold for $33M

A 128k SF cold storage facility in Little Village sold for $33M this week. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler assisted seller Romel Enterprises in the sale of the building at 2500 S Damen Ave to AAG Management. The facility, built in 2003, is 100% occupied by tenant Preferred Freezer Services, reports REJournals. The building features a 22k SF refrigerated loading and unloading dock, QA labs for on-site sampling and a diesel backup generator for the entire facility in case of a power outage. [RJ]
