Creative Scholar Daycare Center  signed a lease for 6,144 square feet at 1739 N. Elston Ave. The space includes fully remodeled classrooms, a new HVAC system, washrooms, electric system and lobby. Albert Schulman  and Mike Nelson with Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International  again represented the landlord, Elston Industrial Lofts,  while Dave Shravenaegel  of Garrett Realty represented the tenant.
